We accept payments by the following ways

• Paypal
• Money Transfer: Moneygram, Western Union

UK customers only

• Bank Transfer
• Cash on Collection
• Postal Order
• Cheque

We despatch parts as soon as payment clears:
We despatch postal orders same day if payment is made before 16:00 UK time.
We despatch courier delivery same day if payment is made before 10:30 UK time.

DELIVERY

• UK delivery is by Royal Mail 1st class post. Royal Mail target is to deliver 1st class post in 1 – 2 WORKING days.
• EXPRESS DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE (UK deliveries only): email or call/text if you want Express, there will be a £5 charge for next day delivery – £10 charge for Saturday Guaranteed delivery.
• International delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked or International Signed For, whichever service is available for your Country.

We will email you tracking information when we send your item.
Royal Mail target is to deliver international post to your country within one week. The packet then has to clear customs and be delivered locally – about one week for European destinations and 2-4 weeks for World destinations.
If your order does not arrive within these timescales inquire first with your local post company who may be holding it, if unable to deliver for any reason.

REFUNDS

You may return any items for refund:
1. If you no longer need the part, please contact us within 14 day by email ([email protected]) and return the part to:

On safe receipt of the part, we will refund you the item price + basic delivery to you (but not any excess for express delivery).
2. If the part is faulty, please contact us within 14 day by email ([email protected]). We may require you to return the part.
